The basic difference is the equipment and hosting technology used. Standard scans are more affordable and are high quality and suit 90% of businesses. We use Matterport for our High Res scans which provide higher resolutions and less distortions, as well as more advanced software. The High Res scans may be more appropriate for luxury properties, museums or ther situations where quality of the imagry is paramount.

You need hosting for 3D tours. The hosting is where we create the tour. In effect, the tour "lives" on a cloud server that "knows" how to display your 3D tour with all its navigation features.

We can put your tour on altenative hosts, at your request. An additional service charge will apply.

We offer hosting for 6 and 12 months periods.

If you have an event or a rental property 6 months, may be plenty.

If you are promoting your business you likely want to keep your tour online evey year, so you may choose 12 months.

Hosting can be renewed.

Generally you need to prepare the location. Clean and tidy up ahead of time. Our phtographer will not clean or tidy your location. unlike a 2D photo the 360 camera sees everything everythere in the area, so you need to be sure clutter is removed. If the location is not ready for photography, we may have to reschedule and you may incur additional site visitation charges. It's best to shoot with ample daylight and with all the interior lights turned on.

Yes, we can photograph your site. We offer photography and photo touch up as an optional service. Check our pricing for details.

Yes, we can create short videos for you. This is an optional service.

Yes, we can create simple short 3D and drone-line videos as an optional service.

No, we don't have a drone. But, in some situations, we can create drone-like effects using our 3D equipment. In some areas, drone operation is illegal, and 3d video is a workable alternative. Feel free to talk to us about what kind of drone footage you are looking for.

We can accept cash, bank transfer and credit card payments online via paypal. For hosting services we can setup austomatic payments. If you need Tax invoices, we can provide these for you.
